Sauðagull

Sauðagull is the first company in Iceland to produce food from sheep’s milk and it is based in East Iceland. 

They offer unique, handcrafted products including sheep-milk cheese (similar to feta), caramel chocolates, and Iceland’s only sheep-milk ice cream, served from their Hengifoss Food Truck. Sauðagull stands out for reviving traditional sheep-milking and creating high-quality, local delicacies.
