Magma Hotel is a small and intimate hotel located in one of the most beautiful regions of south Iceland, close to Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The view from the hotel is unique--a lake rich with birdlife, moss covered lava fields, a black sand glacial river, as well as volcanoes and Vatnajökull glacier looming in the distance. It’s also the perfect place to catch a glimpse of the majestic northern lights in winter.
