Dalakofinn Campsite

Laugar Campsite is located in Reykjadalur, only about a 20-minute drive from Lake Mývatn. The spacious campsite accommodates tents, caravans, camper vans, and motorhomes. Some areas of the campsite can be reserved in advance, while others operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are welcome to find a suitable pitch upon arrival and then complete their booking and payment. A self-service booking and payment kiosk is located inside the service building, and payment can also be made by scanning a QR code. Guests are kindly asked to complete payment upon arrival to avoid being disturbed early in the morning. The upper floor of the service building features a spacious indoor kitchen and dining area for guests. Showers and toilet facilities are also available in the building. Outdoor dishwashing sinks with hot and cold water are located beside the service building. Electrical hookups are available in designated areas near the river. Within walking distance of the campsite is Dalakofinn, where guests will find a restaurant, grocery store, fuel station, and a selection of travel essentials, including N1 gas canisters for barbecues. Please note that the campsite uses the Reisa booking system and not Parka Camping.
