Guesthouse Stöng

 Family run guesthouse in a quiet location with a great view and the location is perfect for sightseeing trips to Þingeyjarsýsla's and lake Mývatn´s most beautiful places.

 We offer rooms with or without private facilities. We offer 10 double rooms with a bathroom, two family rooms with a bathroom and 11 rooms with shared bathrooms . Our rooms, including bathrooms, are also equipped with coffee/tea making possibilities and a hair dryer and a wireless internet connection . We offer a breakfast buffet. 

We also have five and well accommodated cottages. Each cottage includes an equipped kitchenette, living area, and bathroom facilities. TV, bed linen, towels, and free Wifi is available in the cottages. The bigger cottages are 45m2 and can accommodate 4-5 persons and the smaller, 24m2 and 31m2, can accommodate 2-4 persons. All Guests have access to two hot tubes.

Restaurant opens in the evening with a la carte menu with traditional icelandic food from the farm, for example lamb and arctic char.
