Reyðarfjörður Campsite

This camping site is beautifully located by the Andapollur pond, a small pond at the left of the town's entrance. Facilities include shower, lavatories, washing machine and electricity. Disposal of waste for campers is by the Olís gas station, which is near the camping ground. Tourist information centre is located in the Icelandic Wartime Museum by Heiðarvegur street and is open over the summer. 

At this camping ground you will find: 

WC, hot and cold water, disposal of garbage, washing machine and dryer, disposal of waste (400 m), electricity, shower, benches and tables, restaurants (400 m), coffee shop and bakery (1 km), liquor store (1 km), supermarket (1 km), gas station (400 m), mountain view, walking trails, playground (1,5 km), sports field (1,5 km), fishing, golf course, health care (800 m). 

Open fire is not permitted and dogs are allowed on a leash. 

Price: 

Adults: 2000 ISK per person/per night + accommodation tax 

Senior citizens and disabled: 1750 ISK + accommodation tax 

Children 0 ISK – Under 16 years old 

Electricity 1000 ISK per day 

The camping ground is open between May 1^st – October 30^th.
